How do I place an order?
Simply browse products on FILA South Africa, add your selected items to cart, and proceed to checkout. You may checkout as a guest or create an account for a faster shopping experience on future purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

Can I amend or cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and processed, we may not be able to amend or cancel it. Please double-check your cart, delivery address, sizing, and payment details before completing checkout. The checkout button is not a “maybe” button. Brutal, but true.
I forgot to apply my discount code. Can it be added afterwards?
No. Discount codes, coupon codes, and promotional offers cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier operations. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Please allow additional time during:

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS from the courier provider.
What happens if my parcel is delayed?
While we work closely with our courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to operational demand, weather conditions, or peak sale periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, provided the item:
- Is unused;
- Is in its original condition and packaging;
- Meets our returns requirements.
Are sale items refundable or exchangeable?
No. Sale items, Daily Deals, Black Friday specials, and clearance products are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-returnable
- Non-exchangeable
No loopholes. No “but I only wore them once.” We see you.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with:
- Your order number;
- Photos of the item received;
- A brief explanation of the issue.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some products may be restocked, while limited releases and exclusives may not return. If you love it, don’t overthink it. Cart first. Life decisions later.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
