You can check the status of your order by going to "Orders" (under the My account section).
When the order is collected by the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email and sms , click here to track your order.
Promo/Discount coupons must be entered on the Cart page before proceeding to checkout in order to add your discount.
To add a promo/discount coupon , go to the Cart and click checkout, this will take you to the cart confirmation page.
On the right side of the page there is a 'Have a Coupon?' box to the right of your order.
Enter the promo/discount coupon and click Apply.
Promo/Discount coupons are case sensitive and subject to terms and conditions.
Ensure that the account you are logged into is the same account that the promo code was sent to.
Ensure the coupon code has not expired.
You may only apply one coupon code per checkout.
Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:
- The item was not bought on sale
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags
- The return or exchange request is made within 21 days of delivery.

Only one coupon can be used on a single transaction or a cart. You can however add multiple items to one cart to use one coupon and avail discounts.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.
Our delivery period is 3-5 working days for main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria), and 5-10 Working days for regional and remote areas.

You can purchase on our website using a Debit card, Credit card, EFT, Snapscan, PayJustNow, Mobicred and Payflex. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Payment by COD option is not available. Payment needs to be made on our website prior to delivery.
