Delivery Costs

• Standard Delivery is free on all orders above R600
• 3-5 working days for main Centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria)
• 5-10 Working days for regional and remote areas
• Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to high volumes during Black Friday Sale

Can I track my order ?

• Yes, when your order has been dispatched , you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?

• Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.

Additional Delivery Information

• The delivery times above apply from when the order has been fully processed on our system
• Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays
• Delivery cannot be guaranteed within the above times in circumstances beyond our control, this includes extreme weather as well as periods of high demand
• Please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to sign for the package , if someone is not present please contact the courier and arrange for the package to be delivered to your workplace
• Orders may be delayed if the incorrect delivery address is entered
• The package will not be released until full payment has been received
