Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Home Delivery
- Home delivery is R90 and free on all orders above R800 (Exception applies when the site is running a sale or promotion)
- Up to 3-5 business days for main centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria)
- 5-10 business days for regional and remote areas

- Up to 3 business days from the date that Pargo receives the parcel from Fila
- Up to 5 business days for more remote regional areas

Pargo delivers excellent notifications throughout your parcel journey by SMS and email. You will receive an initial confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected by the courier, and continuously throughout the journey to its destination.
Your confirmation email will contain your tracking number.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Both Home Delivery and Pargo Click & Collect tracking will be active within 24 hours.
Can my order be delivered to someone else or to a different address?
- Yes. On our checkout page, you will have the option to enter an alternative shipping address and billing address.
Additional Delivery Information
- The delivery times above apply from when the order has been fully processed on our system
- Delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays
- Delivery cannot be guaranteed within the above times in circumstances beyond our control, this includes extreme weather as well as periods of high demand
- Please ensure someone is present at your delivery address to sign for the package , if someone is not present please contact the courier and arrange for the package to be delivered to your workplace
- Orders may be delayed if the incorrect delivery address is entered
- The package will not be released until full payment has been received
